All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

EverLink Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EverLink Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
